YUM YUM YUM…HUNGRY?
Want an easy way to make Butter Chicken using fresh ingredients (ie: NOT from a jar) at home? This is so easy, and is actually tastier than any of the Indian restaurants around town…and we have alot here on The Gold Coast. This is my fool proof Butter Chicken…;)
What we have here is basically 4 bags of spice and a recipe.
Fry up some finely diced onions and a pinch of salt. After the onions have gone soft and clear stir in bag 2!
Add the marinated chicken.
Now grab bag number 4 and stir it in 🙂
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm…this is looking real delicious. I add some salt for extra flavour and get ready to serve it up!
and… ok seems I served it up and we ate it all without taking a picture of the final product!!! ARGH! Seriously, By the time I had finished cooking it, all I could think about was DEVOURING it! Lets just say…It was delicious. I cook this once a month and it makes tonnes! The kids love it and nag me to make it.
Curry Traders have literally made my life so easy. They are produced locally and I pick up packs from the Broadbeach or Burleigh Heads markets where they have a stall for about $9. Yep…you heard me…feed the masses for $9!
I have seen them in Mrs Flannery’s and other health food stores but were overpriced. If you don’t live local, thats ok as you can purchase from the website or over the phone and you won’t regret it.
